Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in a solutions engineering role or similar technical position.
- Experience with relational databases, cloud environments, and HTTP APIs.
- Strong ability to diagnose and solve complex technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives in pre-sales to document customer requirements.
- Translate complex technical details for various stakeholders.
- Lead demos and technical sessions with customers.
- Identify product gaps and communicate them to the team.
