Cribl, a B2B SAAS data observability company, seeks a Solutions Engineer in a remote-first US setting. You’ll help customers realize Cribl’s value, demo the product, and support PoCs, with travel up to 30% and a salary commensurate with role and location.

Base salary ranges from $205,600 to $250,000, plus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Florida residents preferred; NC candidates considered with travel.

Qualifications

• Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations and security in data observability or related fields.
• Background in sales engineering, professional services, or support is preferred.
• Must live in Florida and be comfortable with remote work and travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand Cribl’s value during the sales process.
• Demo the product and answer questions during initial sales calls.
• Support customers during proof of concept sessions.
• Document use cases in blog posts and product docs.
• Travel up to 30% as needed.
