Job summary

INNERGY seeks a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to drive pre-sales cycles, demonstrate CAD-based workflows, and translate customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in solutions engineering within manufacturing software, hands-on CAD/CAM experience, and is ready to travel up to 25% for trade shows and customer visits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting in manufacturing software or CAD/CAM.
• Experience translating customer needs into CAD/CAM solutions for millwork and cabinetry environments.
• Strong ability to present complex technical concepts in clear, business terms.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery to close.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations of CAD-based design, engineering and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, outputs).
• Guide customers on engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing scenarios.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with capabilities.
• Represent INNERGY at industry events and trade shows.
