Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight plus years of applicable experience in solutions architecture.
• Experience in Services Business Unit solution development.
• Experience in profit & loss responsibility is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution development for Services BU opportunities.
• Act as SME on solutions for Services/Celestica offerings.
• Scope projects with high-level work-plans, milestones, decision points, and approvals.
• Understand customer needs in a consultative manner.
• Develop complete solutions including operating model, process flow, capacity, staffing, and launch approach.
• Pull in subject matter experts to develop solutions.
• Coordinate with finance to understand financial implications for Celestica and customers.
• Prepare approval-ready recommendations for leadership and customers.
• Lead proposal-to-NPI or proposal-to-implementation handoffs.
• Support launch reviews, post-launch improvements and lessons learned.
• Identify opportunities for standardization and margin expansion.
• Document reusable solution patterns and standards.
• Develop unsolicited proposals to targeted customers.
