Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with API-based SaaS/PaaS products.
- Strong understanding of API-based software architecture.
- Experience working with clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
Responsibilities
- Solution Design: understand client requirements and design scalable, reliable technical solutions.
- Provide expertise on PCI compliance, data management, and payment method tokenization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Serve as trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on technology solutions and best practices.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, diagrams, specifications, and implementation guides.
- Assist in implementation and deployment, troubleshoot issues, and provide go-live support.
