Job summary

NuView is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to engage with clients for technical discovery, design implementation-ready solutions, and drive projects to a quote-ready state. You will translate business needs into scalable, secure architectures and work across managed services, systems integration, and professional services to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Solutions Architect or similar role.
• Proven ability to conduct technical discovery with clients.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies, networking, and security.
• Experience developing technical scopes, implementation plans, and solution documentation.
• Ability to create labor estimates, BOMs, and technical project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze business, technical, and operational requirements.
• Design infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, and collaboration solutions.
• Develop scopes of work, implementation plans, configuration docs, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Create BOMs and support solution pricing activities.
• Provide accurate labor estimates and implementation requirements.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Validate prerequisites prior to implementation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to resolve design questions.
• Participate in kickoffs, design reviews, testing, and handoffs.
• Ensure solutions align with architecture and standards.
• Update documentation for approved changes.
• Escalate deviations and security concerns through proper channels.
• Contribute reusable templates and reference architectures.
