Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience, with strong facilitation and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution strategy and architecture for opportunities.
• Lead solutioning across the opportunity lifecycle from pre-bid to delivery.
• Translate strategy into executable solution narratives and proposal content.
• Present and defend solution approaches to leadership and client stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and alignment across teams to stay delivery-ready.
