Maximus is seeking a Solutions Analyst to partner with stakeholders, drive operational improvements, support solution design, and develop strategies that enhance program performance. This remote role combines analytical expertise, consulting skills, and business acumen to deliver impactful results.

This position is fully remote, with opportunities for professional development and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance, retirement plans, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience designing and analyzing solutions for complex programs.
• Experience in government health and human services, contact center, Medicaid, SNAP, unemployment insurance or similar public-sector environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Solution Leads by producing analyses, models, forecasts, and documentation for executable solutions.
• Maintain volumetric models, workload forecasts, staffing calculations, and operational demand projections.
• Quantify solution impacts, ROI, value realization, and operational implications to support decision-making.
• Evaluate alternative approaches through structured analysis and scenario modeling.
• Document assumptions, data sources, calculations, constraints, risks, and dependencies.
