Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Supporting solution design, business process analysis, proposal development, operational improvement, or consulting work for complex programs.
• Experience in government health and human services, contact center, eligibility, Medicaid, SNAP, unemployment insurance, workforce services, or similar public-sector environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Solution Leads by producing analyses, models, forecasts, and documentation needed to develop complete, compliant, and executable solutions.
• Maintain volumetric models, workload forecasts, staffing calculations, and other analytical tools used across pursuits.
• Quantify solution impacts, cost drivers, ROI, value realization, and operational implications to support solution development and decision-making.
• Evaluate alternative solution approaches through structured analysis, scenario modeling, and comparison of impacts.
• Document assumptions, data sources, calculations, constraints, risks, and dependencies for solution models and analyses.
• Validate operational feasibility of proposed components by analyzing volumes, staffing, workflows, and service levels.
