Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least 3+ years of professional experience in government health, consulting, or related programs is preferred.
• Ability to translate client needs into clear solution components and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Produce analyses, models, forecasts and docs to develop compliant solutions.
• Maintain volumetric models, staffing calculations and demand projections.
• Quantify ROI, cost drivers and value realization to support decisions.
• Evaluate alternatives via structured analysis and scenario modeling.
• Document assumptions, data sources, calculations, risks and constraints.
• Validate feasibility by analyzing volumes, staffing, workflows and SLAs.
• Leverage AI, automation and reusable methods to scale support.
• Create accelerators, dashboards and templates for faster pursuits.
• Standardize data sources and formulas for consistent analyses.
• Complete intake forms and partner documentation for proposals.
• Gather inputs from operations, pricing, technology and SMEs.
• Maintain knowledge repos and historical pursuit data.
