406 Ventures is seeking a Product Solutions Consultant to support the implementation of StaffGarden Competency programs for healthcare clients. This role offers flexibility with remote work throughout the United States, preferring Eastern or Central time zones. Ideal candidates will have a nursing background with a minimum of 3 years in acute care and experience in supporting SaaS solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in acute care nursing and 1+ years nursing professional development required.
• Experience in healthcare and nursing professional development settings preferred.
• Active RN license is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and build Competency programs in StaffGarden based on program design.
• Train users on the StaffGarden Competency program.
• Perform quality assurance checks on Competency builds.
