Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. in the United States seeks an experienced implementation consultant to lead discovery workshops, articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences, and drive successful deployment of Vault CRM for life sciences clients.

This remote, full-time role emphasizes customer success, leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will mentor teammates, manage build/test/deploy activities, and travel up to 25% for client engagements as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of demonstrated consulting or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in meeting with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert.
• Ability to take complex client and vendor concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels.
• Strong presentation and solution design skills.
• Travel requirements depend on the team and can be aligned based on personal requirements with post-implementation being a non-travel role and implementation being travel up to 25%.

• Mentor and develop junior team members to help facilitate a growing and collaborative team environment.

The Role

Vault Vault CRM is the agentic CRM for Life Sciences. Vault CRM is an agentic CRM for life sciences that connects sales, marketing, and medical teams on a single platform with a unified customer database and embedded AI. We are looking for consultants who enjoy the challenge of delivering cutting-edge solutions.

We are currently hiring for our implementation team that serves customers from SMB to Enterprise. Our ideal candidate will partner with our customers to ensure they are leveraging the full capabilities of our solutions. We want team players who are focused on delivering exceptional customer success, thrive as self-starters, and are excited to challenge the status quo.

This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. This is a customer-facing role, and we have no work location requirement if you are in close proximity to an airport and able to meet future travel requirements. Compensation

• Base pay: $80,000- $200,000
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
