Job summary

The Role

Vault Vault CRM is the agentic CRM for Life Sciences. Vault CRM is an agentic CRM for life sciences that connects sales, marketing, and medical teams on a single platform with a unified customer database and embedded AI. We are looking for consultants who enjoy the challenge of delivering cutting‑edge solutions.

We are currently hiring for our implementation team that serves customers from SMB to Enterprise. Our ideal candidate will partner with our customers to ensure they are leveraging the full capabilities of our solutions. We want team players who are focused on delivering exceptional customer success, thrive as a self‑starters, and are excited to challenge the status quo.

This is a remote, full‑time permanent role with Veeva. This is a customer‑facing role, and we have no work location requirement if you are in close proximity to an airport and able to meet future travel requirements. What You'll Do

• Lead customers in the process of discovery workshops that align with best practices and drive to solutions based on requirements
• Take complex client and solution concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels to provide application expertise and knowledge
• Develop and leverage expertise in our Vault platform
• Plan, Manage, and perform application build, test, and deploy activities
• Identify and monitor interdependencies between various program or project workstreams
• Create project deliverables and standards (e.g., including process standards)
• Plan and establish after‑go‑live activities including ongoing support and ongoing application changes to align to full capabilities

Requirements

• 3+ years of demonstrated consulting or equivalent experience

• Strong presentation and solution design skills
• Travel requirements depend on the team and can be aligned based on personal requirements with post‑implementation being a non‑travel role and implementation being travel up to 25%.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with life sciences customers (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical/diagnostic devices)
• Industry experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or CRM

Compensation

• Base pay: $70,000 - $140,000
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
