Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Solution Architect - Fulfillment Integrations for a remote contract role. You will lead the design and delivery of enterprise API integrations that connect client platforms with grocery retail partners, translating business needs into scalable architectures.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, produce architecture artifacts, and guide projects from discovery through launch, with strong emphasis on REST APIs and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Integration Architecture, Solutions Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and requirements gathering sessions with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end integration architectures between client platforms and external retailer systems.
• Create and maintain solution design documents, architecture diagrams, workflow models, technical specifications, and implementation artifacts.
• Serve as the primary technical representative throughout the integration lifecycle, from scoping and design through implementation and launch.
• Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams responsible for implementation.
• Review integration designs, data flows, APIs, and system interactions to ensure alignment with architectural standards and business objectives.
• Conduct technical presentations, solution walkthroughs, and design reviews with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support testing, deployment, launch readiness, and post-launch stabilization activities before transitioning projects to operational support teams.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve technical challenges and ensure successful project execution.
