Qualifications

• 5+ years construction and project management experience with utility-scale solar EPC.
• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Understanding of electrical, structural, and civil construction processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Strong decision-making, leadership, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and administration.
• Experience working with utilities and AHJs.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• Willingness to travel within the US.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, control and close out turnkey PV and battery projects.
• Serve as a key point of contact for management and stakeholders.
• Create and manage budgets; support cost reduction efforts and cost reviews.
• Develop and manage project schedules; track progress and provide reporting.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies.
• Read contracts and ensure project team fulfills requirements.
• Coordinate design and permitting with development and authorities.
• Manage procurement and contracting activities and documents.
• Oversee construction activities with field teams to meet targets, ensuring safety and quality.
