Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a leading renewable energy EPC firm, is seeking a Project Manager for the Southeast portfolio to lead the execution of utility-scale Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage, and Repowering projects from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout.

Remote role with 25-50% travel to field sites. You will apply Principle Based Management to strengthen ownership, drive disciplined execution, and build trusted customer and stakeholder relationships nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience managing EPC/utility-scale renewables.
• Valid US driver’s license required.
• Authorized to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver safe, reliable, and profitable outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, quality and customer expectations.
• Develop and execute project plans, forecasts, risk mitigation strategies, and phase-gate deliverables from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout.
• Apply economic thinking to evaluate cost, risk, schedule, and value tradeoffs and make timely decisions.
• Build high-performing teams by setting expectations, coaching, and aligning strengths to needs.
• Coordinate customers, subcontractors, vendors, utilities, consultants, and internal partners to ensure transparent communication and disciplined execution.
• Strengthen customer relationships by resolving challenges and honoring commitments to create long-term value.
