Job summary

Origis Energy is seeking an experienced Project Leader to manage the end-to-end execution lifecycle of solar and energy storage projects from development through operations. You will report to the Vice President of Project Delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates bring strong solar expertise, experience with EPC contracts, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across development, engineering, procurement, construction

Qualifications

Strong technical solar background.
Large utility-scale solar experience preferred.
BESS experience preferred.
Understanding of solar cost structure.
Experience in EPC contract negotiations and management.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Professional certification preferred (PE/RA).

Responsibilities

Oversee complete execution lifecycle from development to operations.
Manage EPC budgets and schedules.
Coordinate with development, finance, and contracts teams.
Lead kickoff meetings and drive project closeout.
Interface with interconnection utilities.
Report project status to leadership.
Drive value engineering and design optimization.
Manage third-party consultants and EPC bidding.
