LPL Solar LLC is seeking a Drone Pilot / Surveyor to perform aerial data collection, mapping, surveying support, and construction documentation for utility-scale solar EPC projects. Remote work with extensive site travel will be required, using UAS, GPS/GNSS, and survey tools to deliver accurate field data across the project lifecycle.

Formación

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate required.
• Experience operating drones/UAS for surveying, mapping, engineering, or construction.
• Working knowledge of surveying principles, coordinate systems, elevations, benchmarks, and construction layout.
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans, grading plans, site layouts, construction drawings, and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and conduct UAS flight operations across large solar sites.
• Collect high-resolution imagery and survey data for mapping and construction documentation.
• Produce Ortho mosaics, DTMs/DSMs, and point clouds from aerial data.
• Support site surveying with GPS/GNSS, RTK, and total stations.
• Maintain survey control and organize project data.
• Coordinate with project teams to determine data requirements.
• Ensure FAA Part 107 compliance and safety during flights.
