Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, GIS or related technical discipline preferred.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate required.
• Experience operating drones for surveying, mapping, engineering, or construction applications.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, coordinate systems, elevations, benchmarks, and construction layout.

Aufgaben

• Plan and conduct UAS flight operations across large utility-scale solar sites following FAA regulations and project requirements.
• Collect high-resolution aerial imagery and survey data for mapping, topographic surveys, progress and documentation.
• Perform photogrammetry and aerial mapping to produce orthomosaics, DTMs, DSMs, and point clouds.
• Support site surveying using GPS/GNSS, RTK, robotic total stations, and other survey equipment.
• Establish, verify, and maintain survey control throughout construction.
• Coordinate with project teams to determine survey and aerial data requirements.
