Job summary

Rithum is a remote-first company seeking a Software Support Specialist to handle inbound software queries via portal, email, phone, and chat. You’ll document issues, escalate to Engineering, and participate in after-hours on-call rotations while mentoring junior staff.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in tech support, strong English communication, and experience with ticketing/CRM systems. Remote work with up to 10% travel is available, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

1+ year of tech support experience in a B2B software environment.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Experience with Windows OS and MS Office.
Familiarity with ticketing and CRM software; ability to document actions clearly.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound software support requests via portal, email, phone, and chat.
Document client issues and actions taken; escalate to Engineering as needed.
Create and route support tickets across Tier 1–3; participate in on-call rotations.
Contribute to knowledge base and internal resources; identify trends from tickets.
Support client satisfaction metrics and participate in workload management.
