Job summary

Blueprint Technologies is seeking a Software Support Engineer in a remote setup, with hands-on C#/.NET and SQL Server expertise. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues across large-scale environments, collaborate with software and infrastructure teams, and contribute to automation and documentation to improve reliability.

Qualifications

Experience developing, maintaining, testing, debugging, or supporting applications using C# and .NET.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL queries, T-SQL, performance tuning, and relational databases.
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, services, configuration, deployments, logs, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 3 technical support for applications, telemetry services, monitoring platforms, and infrastructure operations across environments.
Investigate and resolve complex application, database, connectivity, authentication, and deployment issues.
Support incident response, service restoration, root-cause analysis, and on-call rotation as required.
Develop, maintain, debug, and enhance applications, services, APIs, and integrations using C#, .NET, and SQL.
