Cisco is seeking a Software Engineering Technical Leader (remote) to drive governance of software security requirements within the Secure SDLC. You will manage intake, coordinate releases, and transform static policies into developer-friendly, structured, machine-readable requirements.

You will collaborate across SMEs, developers, and product operations, shaping DevSecOps and build-environment security strategy while designing workflows for verification, reporting, and threat modeling.

• Extensive experience in Secure SDLC methodology and release management.
• Proven track record in transforming security requirements into actionable, machine-readable specs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across SMEs, developers, and product operations.
• Strong background in DevSecOps and Build Environment Security strategy.
