Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Software Product Manager to lead data-driven software products in the insurtech space. You will own the lifecycle from discovery to launch, partnering with stakeholders to define requirements and priorities.

This role emphasizes analytics, data platforms, and SaaS products within a regulated industry. You will collaborate across engineering, data, UX/UI, and analytics teams, shaping roadmaps and success metrics while operating in a remote-friendly environment with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
5+ years in software product management or similar role.
Experience with SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
Insurance/Insurtech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the full software product lifecycle from discovery to launch and improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
Develop roadmaps, user stories, and feature requirements aligned with business goals.
Work with engineering, data, UX/UI, QA, analytics, and business teams throughout development.
Define KPIs and monitor product performance and adoption.
