Job summary

Crosstie is seeking a Product Manager to bridge user needs and product vision, owning strategy, user research, and go-to-market work. This fully remote role offers broad exposure across disciplines and growth opportunities within a fast-moving, collaborative team.

You’ll partner with engineering, design, and customer success to translate insights into actionable requirements, drive growth, and shape product from the ground up with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Must-have: Strong work ethic
• Must-have: 2 years of experience in product management, UX research, business analysis, consulting, engineering, product marketing, or related field
• Must-have: Experience in conducting user research, building client workflows, and translating insights into actionable product improvements
• Must-have: Basic SQL and SaaS experience
• Must-have: Analytical skills with data-driven decision making
• Must-have: Ability to create and test concepts and write clear technical requirements
• Must-have: Strong communication with stakeholders
• Must-have: Self-starter, organized, with ambiguity and rapid iteration in a startup environment

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end product strategy and roadmap planning based on user insights and business goals
• Conduct UX research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches
• Translate user needs into product requirements and partner with engineering and design teams
• Analyze user behavior and product metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Set up and test software configuration for product releases
• Write and manage feature requirements for cross-team responsibilities
• Define, validate, and track feature metrics post-launch
• Help create compelling product messaging and positioning
• Support product launches from conception through market introduction
