Job summary

Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a Manager of Software Engineering for the Account Opening & Customer teams. You will lead multiple groups, drive AI-enabled automation, and ensure reliable delivery of REST API-based solutions across platforms.

Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, partnering with Product and Architecture, and pushing for operational excellence while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience developing REST APIs using C#, .NET, Java, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of API security concepts, including OAuth2 and JWT.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team supporting account opening and customer initiatives.
• Oversee software development, maintenance, and technical processes related to these teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery outcomes.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency efforts.
• Support system integrations and technical delivery processes.
• Foster collaboration and effective communication among technical and business stakeholders.
