One Call is seeking a Software Engineer II to design, code, test, and maintain software used by internal partners and external customers. The role collaborates with business analysts and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time, following our SDLC standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of end-to-end software development life cycles (waterfall, iterative, agile).
• Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provides software development services or technical support within defined projects.
• Follows One Call SDLC Standards.
• Develops and analyzes program logic for new or existing applications.
• Codes, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains software applications.
• Ensures system improvements are implemented and integrated.
• Collaborates with analysts and product managers to translate requirements into designs.
• Prepares technical specs and documentation; suggests process improvements.
• May provide leadership to other technical staff.
