Qualifications

• 4+ years in a software engineering role, preferably SaaS.
• Knowledge of a high-level programming language (Java, JavaScript, Go, Python, etc.).
• Enthusiastic about AI and actively use AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Familiar with LLM APIs, prompt/context engineering, or AI-powered feature development.
• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud; scalable distributed systems a plus.
• Strong web fundamentals and frontend exposure (React, VueJS, Svelte, Angular).
• Extremely data-driven and able to tackle complex problems.
• Willing to learn and rapidly adopt new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Leading parts of product development from inception to launch and owning large features.
• Collaborating with product and design teams to build delightful products iteratively.
• Architecting, building, testing, and releasing features with high quality.
• Automating routine engineering tasks.
• Integrating AI and LLM-powered capabilities into product features where they solve real user problems.
• Using AI tools actively as part of the development workflow.
