Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to our eDiary and clinical data platforms.

This role supports a regulated, patient-facing platform across our Epilepsy portfolio and may be performed remotely with travel as needed. The engineer will design and maintain production-grade code across frontend, backend, and data layers, deploy and operate services in a cloud environment, and collaborate with QA, Clinical Operations, Product, and IT to deliver validated

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain production-grade code across frontend, backend, and data layers.
Deploy and operate services in a cloud environment (AWS preferred) and participate in reviews for reliability and security.
Debug production issues across distributed workflows and drive durable, preventive fixes.
Collaborate with QA, Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Product, and IT to translate requirements into releases.
Design APIs and data models with audit trails and observability improvements.
Uphold data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance across systems.
