Job summary

You will own end-to-end delivery from design through production, collaborating with product and platform teams to drive data contracts and SDKs. Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience building distributed or data systems in production.
• Strong systems design fundamentals including partitioning, consistency and availability tradeoffs.
• Backend proficiency in Go and/or Python; familiarity with Kafka, gRPC, Redis, S3, ClickHouse, MongoDB.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear designs with measurable impact.
• Blockchain or crypto data experience is a plus; experience with AI tools for workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate distributed systems for real-time data ingestion and indexing.
• Own delivery of initiatives like new chain integrations, migrations, and backfills.
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to define data contracts and SDKs.
• Improve architecture and performance across the indexing stack with solid design fundamentals.
• Support engineering quality through code reviews, testing, and AI-assisted tooling.
