Job summary

Solventum seeks a Software Development Manager to lead a team delivering platform tooling, automation, and developer productivity solutions across the Data Fabric ecosystem, including Catalyst FHIR Repository, Data Services, and OpenSearch.

You will partner with engineering, product, security, and operations to improve reliability, scale, and user experience while aligning with regulatory requirements in GovCloud and GovRAMP environments. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; 7+ years of software engineering experience or 14 years with HS diploma.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams and delivering software.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud-native apps, APIs, distributed systems, and modern architectures.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile software development.
• 1+ year of experience with AI-enabled technologies and intelligent automation.

Responsibilities
