Job summary

Maximus seeks a Human Resources Support professional for the POTFF program to coordinate human performance and family support services for SOF personnel and families. U.S. citizenship and a Secret clearance are required; position is contingent on contract award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in related field.
• Master’s degree in exercise science, health science, physical education, or related field.
• Current professional certification in applicable discipline (e.g., Certified Athletic Trainer, CSCS, PT, Cognitive Performance Specialist, or Performance Dietitian).
• Experience with multi-domain human performance programming.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor and coach less tenured change management analysts.
• Partner with product management to see changes through implementation.
• Partner with project management to see changes through implementation.
• Communicate directly with the client.
• Develop enhanced change management reporting.
• Support the Human Performance Manager in planning and coordinating technical training, guidance, and policy recommendations.
• Coordinate, implement, document, and oversee human performance services for peak performance and reconditioning of SOF personnel.
• Maintain inventories and coordinate maintenance of human performance supplies and equipment.
• Develop training materials; coordinate staff training and travel; promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Collect, analyze, and report performance data to leadership and SPEAR database.
• Assist with deployment readiness and family integration within assigned units.
• Collaborate with medical, psychological, cognitive, performance, nutrition, and family support professionals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
