Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Community Program and Peer Network Coordinator (CPPNC) to support USSOCOM POTFF, strengthening readiness and well-being of SOF personnel and families through coordinated community-based programs.

The role requires compliance with contract and government requirements, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a Secret clearance. Remote-friendly with potential travel per contract needs; benefits include comprehensive health plans and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
• Two years of related experience minimum.
• Experience in program development, peer-support services, prevention initiatives, crisis intervention, or community outreach.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting program data/outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the assessment, planning, implementation, and improvement of community-based and peer-mentoring programs.
• Organize and oversee peer-support networks, recruiting, training, and coordinating peer counselors.
• Collect and report qualitative and quantitative data to support evaluations.
• Identify gaps and develop initiatives based on population, location, and mission needs.
• Coordinate with Department of Defense resources and civilian partners as needed.
