Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking an experienced social work operations leader to guide a team of licensed professionals delivering case management services. You will drive clinical quality, member outcomes, and regulatory compliance while overseeing workforce development and operational performance.

You will manage staffing, training, and performance to meet engagement targets and clinical and financial goals, working across departments to improve services and outcomes.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Social Work or related field required.
5 years of health-related clinical work experience; 3 years of management/supervisory experience.
LSW/LCSW/LPC/LMFT or RN licensure (or multi-state licensure eNLC) required.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily department operations, staffing, and scheduling.
Provide clinical leadership to ensure evidence-based social work practices.
Monitor and improve member engagement, care plans, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with CMS, state, local, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet enterprise objectives.
Identify cost savings and drive program improvements.
