Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficient with standard office software and able to learn the dialer system.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients by phone and screen for eligibility.
• Gather information required for Social Security applications and ensure paperwork is signed.
• Maintain intake processes and log results accurately.
• Log into the dialer system and manage call activity for 7+ hours daily.
• Communicate clearly with clients, teammates and managers.
• Follow company policies and complete tasks assigned by team leaders.
• Attend training and participate in ongoing onboarding as needed.
