Organizational Development Resource Group (ODRG) seeks a Social Scientist (Synthesis & Systematic Reviews) to support CY-RALLI research and knowledge products. Remote work option with a mission-driven, collaborative team focusing on evidence-based policy guidance for the Security Cooperation workforce.

The role requires 8–10 years of research design and synthesis experience, an active Secret Clearance, and strong skills in translating findings into practical, visual outputs for non-academic

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Sciences, Political Science, Sociology, or related field.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• 8–10 years of experience in research design, systematic reviews, and evidence synthesis.
• Experience translating research findings into actionable insights and visuals for non-academic audiences.
• Experience with knowledge management systems (SharePoint) and SOP development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop systematic reviews and evidence cataloging—designs, methodologies, SOPs.
• Coordinate methodology panels, field expert panels, and peer-review activities.
• Engineer database architecture and draft standardized codebooks for research data.
• Develop training materials for scholars producing systematic reviews and evidence catalogues.
• Translate social science theory and evidence into policy-relevant applied research products.
• Draft Analytic Source Documents and coordinate development with external researchers.
• Track milestones and prepare administrative packages for government review.
