The ideal candidate is a strong writer with 2–4 years of experience, familiar with major platforms and scheduling tools, and comfortable collaborating with designers, content partners, and senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting organic social media for a company, agency, or mission-driven organization.
• Strong writing and editing skills with adaptable voice for different audiences and channels.
• Hands-on experience with major social platforms and scheduling/listening tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
• Ability to collaborate with designers, content partners, subject-matter experts, and senior stakeholders in a remote environment.
• Experience developing short-form video concepts or repurposing long-form content.
• Familiarity with accessibility, privacy, and brand-review considerations for social content.

Responsibilities

• Draft platform-appropriate copy, briefs, executive posts, and short-form content across channels.
• Publish and schedule content, maintain links and tagging, perform quality checks before posts go live.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Content, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and leaders to convert plans into content.
• Respond to issues promptly while following brand, privacy, and escalation guidelines.
• Track channel performance, extract insights, and adjust topics, formats, cadence, and distribution.
• Stay current on platform changes and audience behavior; test new approaches when aligned with goals.
• Maintain organized content, approvals, and reporting records for stakeholders.
