Ad Talent Africa is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to turn social media into a growth engine for client brands. You will be responsible for developing strategies, creating engaging content, and analysing performance to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours, offering opportunities to work with international creators and personal brands from anywhere in the world.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy and audience engagement.
• Business-fluent English.
• Basic understanding of German.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Results-driven and proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies based on client objectives, audience insights and proven systems.
• Create fresh, engaging content ideas that help clients stand out from the crowd and build authentic personal brands.
• Analyse social media accounts and content performance, identifying opportunities to improve reach, engagement and conversion.
• Optimise content and strategies based on performance data and audience behaviour.
• Work closely with clients to understand their personalities, goals and interests.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure clients understand and follow agreed strategies and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities across new platforms, content formats, paid advertising and other digital channels.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and continuously bring new ideas to the table.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team while taking ownership of your clients and results.
