Job summary

Net Y Solutions seeks a creative Social Media Manager to scale the LinkedIn presence for a roster of clients. You’ll drive strategy, content concepts, and host content with on-camera delivery, using iPhone shoots and simple lighting.

You’ll collaborate with the Creative Director to map visual concepts, craft moodboards, and ensure consistent publishing across platforms in a flexible remote/hybrid/on-site setup.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a highly creative Social Media Manager with 2+ years of experience in digital agencies or multi-client management.
• Strong LinkedIn formatting, networking dynamics, and algorithm insight; proficient with short-form video on Reels/TikTok/IG.
• Comfort on camera with a proven hosted video portfolio; capable of on-camera storytelling.
• Skilled in mobile production on iPhone with basic lighting and audio setups.
• Proficient with moodboard and planning tools to align concepts with client brands.
• Excellent organization to juggle multiple client guidelines and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end publishing and community engagement for a client portfolio with emphasis on LinkedIn.
• Source trends daily and adapt ideas to client strategies for standout content.
• Brainstorm and pitch creative concepts tailored to each brand and audience.
• Prepare moodboards, shot lists, and outlines ahead of production days.
• Serve as on-camera talent for client content, including short-form videos and interviews.
• Conduct light iPhone shoots with simple lighting, audio, and stabilization tools.
• Ensure polished captions and zero-defect scheduling across all posts.
