Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical marketing experience.
• 2–4 years of experience managing organic social media.
• Strong writing and editing across platforms and audiences.
• Experience with Sprout Social or Hootsuite and social listening tools.
• Ability to collaborate with designers and stakeholders in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the enterprise social calendar across priority channels.
• Draft platform-appropriate copy and content briefs for multiple audiences.
• Publish and schedule posts, maintain links and tagging, and perform final quality checks.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, Demand Gen, Product Marketing and leaders to turn plans into content.
• Track performance, identify insights, and adjust topics, formats, and cadence.
• Stay current on platform changes and testing new approaches that support goals.
• Maintain organized content, approvals, and reporting records for stakeholders.
