• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience supporting organic social media for a company, agency, or mission-driven organization.
• Strong writing and editing skills with samples demonstrating voice adaptability across audiences.
• Hands-on experience with major social platforms and scheduling/listening tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
• Ability to collaborate with designers, content partners, SMEs, and senior stakeholders in a remote environment.
• Experience in healthcare, education technology, HR tech, or B2B software is a plus.
• Experience developing short-form video concepts or repurposing long-form content.
• Familiarity with accessibility, privacy, and brand-review considerations for social content.

Aufgaben

• Manage the enterprise social media calendar across priority channels for multiple business lines and audiences.
• Draft platform-appropriate copy, briefs, executive posts, and short-form content for complex topics.
• Publish and schedule content, maintain links and tagging, and perform final quality checks before posting.
• Partner with Creative, Brand, Content, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and leaders to convert campaign plans into organic social content.
• Monitor performance, gather insights, and adjust topics, formats, cadence, and distribution.
• Stay current on platform changes and audience behavior; test new approaches aligned with brand goals.
• Maintain organized content, approvals, and reporting records for stakeholders.
