RethinkFirst is seeking a Social Media Specialist to execute organic programs across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, RethinkEd, and RethinkFirst. You will translate priorities into clear content, manage day-to-day publishing, and use performance insights to strengthen future work.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and organized operator who adapts voice and format by platform, audience, and business objective. Remote role with healthcare/education tech exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise social media calendar across priority channels for multiple lines and audiences.
• Draft platform-appropriate copy, briefs, executive posts, and short-form content for behavioral health, education, and workplace topics.
• Publish and schedule content, maintain links and tags, and perform final quality checks before posting.
• Collaborate with Creative/Brand, Content, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and leaders to convert plans into organic content.
• Respond to issues promptly following brand, privacy, and escalation guidelines.
• Track performance and insights; adjust topics, formats, cadence, and distribution accordingly.
• Maintain organized content, approvals, and reporting records for transparency.
