Job summary

Arrivd is launching a mobile app in June 2026 and seeks a Social Media Manager to run our content machine across Instagram, TikTok, and X. This operations-first role requires you to generate content with AI, schedule posts, monitor activity, and report weekly.

You’ll work directly with the CEO/Founder who writes the briefs and approves posts. You’ll manage the weekly workflow every Sunday, maintain a content calendar, respond to comments, pull analytics, and log assets.

Qualifications

• Must have 1,000+ followers on at least one platform (Instagram, TikTok, or X).
• Active and consistent personal social media presence.
• Comfortable learning and using AI-powered tools and scheduling platforms.
• Highly reliable with a weekly Sunday production cycle.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Clear communicator who flags issues early.
• Self-directed and able to execute the workflow independently.

Responsibilities

• Run AI-powered content workflow each Sunday to generate posts for three platforms.
• Quality-check content and submit to CEO for approval before scheduling.
• Generate branded visuals and schedule all posts for the week (10 posts).
• Maintain weekly content calendar and media library by platform and week.
• Monitor comments, replies, and DMs daily across all platforms.
• Pull weekly analytics and report a plain-language summary to CEO every Friday.
• Track visual assets and maintain a post log throughout the campaign.
