Job summary

Replika is seeking a Social Media Manager to own our storytelling across X, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Discord and Reddit. This hands-on role will create content, post, engage the community, and maintain a voice that reflects Replika rather than a corporate brand.

You’ll work directly with the CEO, shaping strategy, partnering with creators, and turning user insights into compelling product stories. Fully remote with CET hours, you’ll drive authentic conversations and measure impact across

Qualifications

• On-camera experience with visible content.
• Proven growth of brand accounts across X, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook.
• Experience managing online communities on Discord and Reddit.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Run our socials day to day on X, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, plan the calendar, post, reply, and keep a voice that sounds like Replika.
• Create content on camera: short videos, product walkthroughs, behind the scenes, launches and user stories; concept, shoot, edit, publish.
• Own our communities on Discord and Reddit; be there daily, work with moderators, answer questions, and ensure members feel heard.
• Bring the community feedback to the team; spot what users love or frustration indicates, and relay to product/CEO fast.
• Handle hard moments; respond calmly and honestly in public, know when to elevate.
• Work with creators; build relationships and grow organic content.
• Build the CEO's presence alongside the brand; film together and shape posts.
• Measure what matters; track posts, threads and creators driving app adoption.
