Job summary

Creatify AI in Mountain View is seeking an AI-native Social Media Manager to own Creatify on X and drive the account as the creator behind it. You’ll set the strategy and execute daily with original posts, threads, memes, and real conversations with the community.

You will extend the presence to LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Reddit, and emerging channels, turning launches into shareable moments while collaborating with product, design, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Have 1+ years of experience running social for a consumer brand or own audience with hands‑on X experience.
• You have a personal X presence with posts, threads, or videos showing you can grow an audience.
• You use AI tools daily in your creative workflow and study AI launches and community on social.
• You are active on X and other consumer channels every day and understand X culture, algorithm, and memes.
• You enjoy replying, debating, hosting, and building relationships in public as a visible brand face.
• Write quickly and well with a voice that sounds human, not corporate.
• Work fast with high daily output and real-time responsiveness.
• Have sharp editorial judgment about engagement timing and swings.

Responsibilities

• Own X end to end: Define and drive X strategy—content pillars, cadence, engagement, growth, and publish daily posts/threads/reposts.
• Be in the conversation in real time: monitor trends, engage creators, users, and industry voices with authentic POV.
• Create, not just schedule: produce original content—short-form video, memes, demos, and on‑camera moments.
• Turn product into moments: partner with product/design/marketing to make launches into shareable X moments.
• Build the creator network: identify and maintain relationships with creators and advocates in AI/video spaces.
• Expand beyond X: adapt content for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Reddit, etc.
• Measure and iterate: track growth/engagement/signups, report learnings, double down on what works.
• Experiment relentlessly: test formats, hooks, and AI tools; scale what resonates.
