• Experience supervising remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: hands-on creation of high-quality, platform-specific content for Facebook and Instagram.
• Scheduling and Publishing: build and maintain a content calendar and schedule posts.
• Analytics and Reporting: monitor post performance and refine strategies based on data.
• Trend Monitoring: stay updated on social media trends and platform updates.
• Organic Campaign Management: execute campaigns aligned with strategy to promote products/events.
• Community & Crisis Management: oversee day-to-day community management and handle negative PR, coordinating with Moderation.
• Team Management: supervise and develop assigned team members for cohesive execution.
