Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and implement our social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn in the United States. You will plan, create, publish, and share content while guiding WhatsApp chats per facility to deliver authentic, personalized communication.

Proficiency in photo editing (Photoshop/Lightroom), editorial calendar creation, trend utilization, and analytics is required.

Qualifications

• Creative, organized, efficient, proficient multi-tasker with strong attention to detail.
• Team player who can lead and motivate individuals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media Management/Content Creation
• Proficient in Hootsuite, Photoshop/ other photo editing software
• InDesign/Illustrator or similar design experience a plus
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy.
• Plan, create, publish, and share new content across multiple social medica platforms – including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Manage WhatsApp communication (chats) per facility to facilitate authentic, personalized content.
• Edit photos using Lightroom, Photoshop, or other editing software.
• Create editorial calendars.
• Utilize current social media trends, best practices and technology.
• Monitor customer comments and feedback and ensure reputation management policies are in place.
• Monitor reach and create campaigns to increase followers and engagement.
• Track marketing results, produce monthly analytical reports to reflect achievement of marketing objectives and target goals.
