Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of IG/FB content creation experience, strong English communication, and comfort with tools like Meta Business Suite.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience creating/curating IG/FB organic content for women 45+ (wellness, fitness, mindset focus).
• Detail-oriented, quick, cheerful communicator with strong English skills.
• Tech-savvy (Meta Business Suite, schedulers); adaptable in a high-growth startup.

Responsibilities

• Craft & schedule 28 organic posts/week on Instagram & Facebook: Inspirational, relatable content for women 45+ in health & wellness.
• Style voices after Denise Austin, Chalene Johnson or Melissa Neill: Motivational, practical tips on building muscle, zone movement, nutrition consistency.
• Moderate Meta ads/comments: remove negativity/spam, block trolls to foster a supportive community.
• Manage IG/social calendars and deliverables across 2 brands.
