Complete Care Management in Wisconsin is seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

You will plan, create, publish, and share content, manage WhatsApp chats per facility, edit photos, and build editorial calendars while tracking results and adjusting campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Content Creation.
• Proficient in Hootsuite and photo editing software.
• Experience with design tools such as InDesign or Illustrator is a plus.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy.
• Plan, create, publish, and share content across multiple social media platforms – including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Manage WhatsApp communication (chats) per facility to facilitate authentic, personalized content.
• Edit photos using Photoshop or other editing software.
• Create editorial calendars.
• Utilize current social media trends, best practices and technology.
• Monitor customer comments and feedback and ensure reputation management policies are in place.
• Monitor reach and create campaigns to increase followers and engagement.
• Track marketing results, produce monthly analytical reports to reflect achievement of marketing objectives and target goals.
