Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and execute our online voice from a remote CT base. This part-time, per-diem role offers flexibility and the chance to impact brand awareness for healthcare-focused services.

You will create editorial calendars, craft content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, monitor engagement, and report on performance while collaborating with facilities to ensure authentic communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media Management/Social Media Content Creation.
• Proficient in Hootsuite, Photoshop or other photo editing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy.
• Plan, create, publish, and share new content across multiple social medica platforms – including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Manage WhatsApp communication (chats) per facility to facilitate authentic, personalized content.
• Edit photos using Lightroom, Photoshop, or other editing software.
• Create editorial calendars.
• Utilize current social media trends, best practices and technology.
• Monitor customer comments and feedback and ensure reputation management policies are in place.
• Monitor reach and create campaigns to increase followers and engagement.
• Track marketing results, produce monthly analytical reports to reflect achievement of marketing objectives and target goals.
