Job summary

HaloBraid is seeking a Social Media Manager to own day‑to‑day organic strategy, content calendars, and posting cadence. You will concept, shoot, edit, caption, and publish across TikTok, Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.

You’ll identify trends, craft engaging content, build an authentic community, and help scale HaloBraid’s online presence in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, community, influencer marketing, or a related role.
• Experience creating or growing a brand on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or other platforms from scratch.
• Love for social media and trends, with strong instincts for short‑form video.

Responsibilities

• Own HaloBraid’s day‑to‑day organic social strategy, including content calendars and posting cadence.
• Concept, shoot, edit, caption, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts.
• Identify trends and cultural moments to participate in authentically and drive growth.
